I was astonished when I took this photo. There was no smoke in the air when I clicked the shutter--yet I have captured this smokey sunlit scene with its geometrically straight lines.
I checked the lens of my camera--it was as clean as a whistle. These photos were shot in the forests of our childhood. I've always thought of them as magic--how wonderful to capture some of that childhood feeling in this photo.
I have to verify that the forest was clear and not a wisp of smoke was in sight that day!!! I'm not sure what you caught, but it definitely wasn't visible to the eye!!!!!!!
