Heart Hug - Guest Heart Thursday

I caught this heart, tenderly hugged by some ethereal being, as it floated past the trees in our back yard.

Wolf - Pink Saturday

I clicked this picture as the sun set over the back fence.  To me it looks like a wolf with, yes, pink eyes.  Can you see him?  I think, though he is fierce--he's most likely friendly.

Puff Cloud Heart - Guest Heart Thursday

It seems I catch some of the most unusual clouds just over the back fence.  You will see that cedar tree a lot in my photography.  I loved this puffy heart.  It looks like a pillow an angel might like to snuggle into.

Early Morning Angles

What an astonishing picture to see--just before the sun came up, I caught this large triangle shaped opening in the sky.  There is another smaller triangle in the cloud. 

If  you have a great imagination you can see the left hand side of the triangle is the profile of a lovely woman.

Square of Light, Heart of Cloud - Guest Heart Thursday

Just before we left for the weekend, I snapped this Square of Light with my camera.  The sun through the clouds was stunning, as were the pink bluish rainbow tones.  I could not look straight at the sky I was shooting--it was SO bright.  As I perused this picture--I also noticed hearts in the clouds.  Can you find them?  They're above the left hand side of that shiny square.

I'm so grateful for my camera which catches beauty I cannot see, except through the camera's eye.

Face in River - Weekend Reflections

A few summers ago, Mumsie and I were exploring the banks of Central Willamette Valley's Willamette River.  It is such a beautiful body of water.  But to capture the profile of a face so clearly in the dimpled reflection of the river made that day absolutely perfect.
